The Level Lunch & Learn Workshop Series is a continuation of our March 2019 Level Conversation. Beginning with emotional intelligence, the workshop topics will take a deeper dive into this important conversation by providing interactive training around organizational and individual cultural competence, true inclusion, and strategies to implement organizational change.

TOPIC: Organizing for Institutional Change

PRESENTER: Dr. Dana Lawless-Andric

Effective organizing toward institutional change can empower organizations to cultivate equitable and inclusive environments. This session will discuss tools, concepts, research and tangible examples to foster this type of organizational change. Participants will engage in discussions to understand the politics of problem-making and problem-solving; using data to increase buy-in; shifting language; and, coalition-building – all key elements to organization for institutional change that promotes equity and inclusion. Participants will leave with tactical tools and conceptual awareness to use in their own organizations (or communities). 

Tickets for the LEVEL Lunch & Learn Series can be purchased on a per session basis at $30 each session.
