Mixed field greens with roasted beets, candied pecans, crumbled goat cheese, and blood orange vinaigrette.
Entree - “The Final Indulgence”
Blackened chicken with roasted garlic cream sauce
tender Cajun-seared chicken breast draped in a roasted-garlic and herb cream sauce.
Served with:
creamy parmesan risotto
roasted haricots verts with red pepper threads
Dessert - “Death by Chocolate”
Triple-chocolate mousse cake with espresso cream, dark cocoa, and raspberry “blood” drizzle.
