About This Event
Discover the incredible history of the Crooked River, and its ever changing communities from the late 18th and early 19th centuries. Living history demonstrations, hands-on activities, period collections highlights, and special presentations will allow guests to explore the many experiences that Indigenous, European, and diverse early American people encountered in the Cuyahoga River Valley of the time. Step back into a unique period of history, and immerse yourself in storytelling, folk music, and artisan traditions that both defined and connected peoples.

Meet the Organizer
Hale Farm & Village is the living history museum of the Western Reserve Historical Society, located in Bath, Ohio. Surrounded by the Cuyahoga Valley National Park, Hale Farm includes the generational home and farmstead of the Hale Family, heritage breed animals and gardens, and an 1840's Living History Village--featuring historic structures dating between 1830 and 1850 from across Northeast Ohio.
