The Level Lunch & Learn Workshop Series is a continuation of our March 2019 Level Conversation. Beginning with emotional intelligence, the workshop topics will take a deeper dive into this important conversation by providing interactive training around organizational and individual cultural competence, true inclusion, and strategies to implement organizational change.

TOPIC: EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE AND OUR ABILITY TO LEAD A DIVERSE WORKFORCE

EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE IS THE CAPACITY TO RECOGNIZE ONE’S THOUGHTS AND FEELINGS AS A WAY TO MAKE OPTIMAL DECISIONS. WHILE FOR A LONG TIME, BUSINESS LEADERS WOULD SUGGEST “EMOTIONS” WERE AN IMPEDIMENT TO THINKING, RESEARCHERS HAVE FOUND THAT EMOTIONS ARE CRITICAL TO THINKING AS IT INCLUDES COMPETENCY IN MULTIPLE AREAS. IN THIS SESSION WE WILL EXPLORE THOSE COMPETENCIES AND BEGIN TO FORM STRATEGIES THAT TRANSFORM THE WORKSPACE.

Tickets for the LEVEL Lunch & Learn Series can be purchased on a per session basis at $30 each session or the entire series can be packaged for $225. Lunch is included with each session.
